Smash Billiards Shipping Policy

 

We pack and ship your orders with care.

 

Processing Time

Orders ship out within 1–3 business days.

During tournament weeks, we may be on the road—if there’s a slight delay, we’ll let you know.


Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on what’s fastest and safest for your order.

You’ll always get a tracking number once your package is on its way. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder.

 

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and your location.

Some items include free shipping, but please note:

  • If you return a free-shipping item, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund/store credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered,” we can’t be responsible for stolen packages.

If something looks off with tracking, reach out and we’ll help you investigate.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address!

If an order gets returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll happily resend it—shipping will just need to be repaid.

 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally! Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs process.

 

Event Purchases

Items bought at tournaments or pop-ups go home with you same day. No shipping needed unless otherwise arranged.
