Refund policy
We want you to love what you get from Smash Billiards. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you sort it out—simple as that.
Returns
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery date. Just send us a quick message with your order number and what’s going on. We will get your issue resolved quickly.
To keep things smooth, returned items need to be in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is required so we can both follow the package safely back to us.
Items with Free Shipping
If your order originally shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable.If the issue was on our end—wrong item, defect, missing parts—we’ll make it right and cover any return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Some things can’t be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Used chalk, cue tips, or any consumable accessories
- Digital downloads
- Event services
Damaged or Defective Orders
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, email us within 72 hours with photos so we can fix it quickly.
Event Purchases
Everything purchased at tournaments or events follows the same 30-day policy, unless it was marked final sale (event promos usually are).
Exchanges
Need a different color or style? No problem—exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns. Return shipping is buyer-paid unless we made a mistake.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Message us right away if you need to!
